Brasstown Beef

Hand's down, Brasstown Beef is probably the best beef you can get, period! I got to hang out with Steve Whitmire for the Common Market and photograph this amazing farm. He introduced me to the famous retired bull, Ulysses who was huge! It was a few weeks ago and the grasses were just starting to become bright green in the rolling hills of Brasstown, North Carolina. I had a great time photographing this wonderful farm and company.
