Camping on Cumberland Island

Cumberland Island is my happy place! I love to escape on a camping trip at least once a year. Camping on this magical island is a wonderful experience! You can disconnect from a fast past world and step into a steady but ever-changing landscape of coastal beauty. The winding trails and flocks of sea birds seem endless to count. The wild horse encounters become even more magical when you start to recognize the older residents and the Sea Camp beach crossing sign is always buried a little deeper in the sand dunes. Every time I visit the island, my experiences are truly unique each time.
